Activity Metrics refer to data points that represent the performance and behavior of your sales team.

Activity-based metrics include lead response time, emails sent, calls made and follow-up. In a sales dashboard, other activity metrics may also include the number and value of deals added (and comparison to the previous period), the number of activities completed, stat split by top performers and cumulatively, or key data points on recent new deals.
